“I Dare You to Read” Entry Form
The Fay School Library is challenging all students and faculty to read! For every book you read for pleasure, one dollar will be donated to purchase all of “Fay’s 100 Favorite Books” to donate to a school library in need.
Enter your NAME in the box under “Leave a Reply”. Type the security word shown in the picture. In the large box, please write your GRADE and the TITLE and AUTHOR of the book.
